Returns Policy
At the KidzFirst Clinic we want you to be happy every time
you shop with us. So, we have put in place an automatic
right of cancellation policy, and a "total satisfaction"
guarantee. We will be happy to refund the purchase price
in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect
(see below). To make a return, please give the reason for
the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to
our Customer Service Representative at the address below:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly
send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after
you have returned the damaged or defective title. You will
not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees
for replacement shipments. You can contact the KidzFirst
Clinic by post, e-mail, phone, at the address given above.
Complaints Procedure
At the KidzFirst Clinic we are constantly striving to improve
all aspects of our Customer Care and welcome your input.
Should you have any comments please go to our suggestions
page. Should you have a complaint, the KidzFirst Clinic
undertakes to deal with this within 7 working days of receipt.
In fact, every effort is made to reply to your complaint

Your correspondence will be treated as confidential and
you will be kept informed of the steps taken to resolve
your problem. Should you feel that you have not received
